Matt Kingery is a Customer Success and Implementation Specialist for Cordata Community, where he supports Quick Response, LEAD and Paramedicine Teams in implementations, technical support, and educational training. He has 5+ years of care coordination experience in the community and healthcare settings.  Matt works with multitude states where he organizes QRT, LEAD and Paramedicine start up, community efforts, and data capture. He also works closely with the West Virginia Office of Drug Control Policy to develop and maintain best practices, community data standards, and new community innovations. Matt is also a national expert in community deflection efforts.
