Teri DeVoe is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children in out-of-home care. Along with being a foster parent for over 12 years, she also helped launch CarePortal in the state of Ohio and is now the Regional Field Training Specialist for the Midwest region. She has previously worked with the Ohio Governor's Office for Child Welfare Transformation to suggest improvements to the state's Child Welfare System. 

Teri has been leading Life in Limbos for over 8 years, is a certified C.O.P.E. (Cost of Poverty Experience) trainer and has conducted multiple trainings for the Ohio Family Care Association conference.
