The partnership will allow expansion of Cordata Spine, a care navigation software for comprehensive patient care, to over 20 spine centers across their system.
Spine care is a complex specialty with various paths of care, from conservative care like physical therapy and pain management to complex neurosurgery, making it difficult to effectively manage care. Cordata Spine will integrate with the health system’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) software to help guide patients through each step of the care they receive. Providers will be able to track progress of care plans and understand the whole patient in order to provide the best treatment.
